Job Details

• Salary: $36.75 per hour

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Type: Permanent, Full-time

• Schedule: Shift work, days, and weekends

• Language: English

• Education Required: Secondary (high) school diploma

• Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years

• Supervision: 11–15 people

Tasks

• Oversee and direct daily store operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction

• Monitor and evaluate daily performance, addressing issues quickly to keep operations on track

• Organize workflow, staff schedules, and day-to-day activities for maximum efficiency

• Manage staff by assigning duties, providing direction, and supporting performance

• Analyze customer trends, local market data, and competitors to guide sales strategies

• Decide which products and services should be offered based on customer demand and sales trends

• Set pricing policies and manage customer credit procedures in line with company goals

• Source, select, and order merchandise and supplies needed for sales and service delivery

• Create and implement local marketing campaigns to attract new and returning customers

• Prepare and manage store budgets, track sales revenue, and monitor expenses

• Plan hiring needs and ensure the location is fully staffed with qualified employees

• Handle customer complaints, staffing issues, and supply shortages effectively and professionally

• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to maintain service standards

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support staff development
