Wildsider North Coast Investments Inc dba Prince Rupert McDonald's located at 99 11th Ave E, Prince Rupert, BC V8J 2W2, is looking for two Full time Permanent, Restaurant Managers for their restaurant at above location.

You will be required to work 30.00 hours a week, in a rotating shift, including weekends and Stat holidays.
Salary: $34.65/ per hours.

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: One year to less than 2 years.

Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate.
You will be performing the following duties:-
Monitor restaurant team performance and endure implementation of standard operational procedures.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Conduct performance reviews.
Monitor Cost on products and services to maintain profitable margins.
Organize and maintain inventory.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Enforce provincial/territorial labour and food safe legislation and regulations
Negotiate with clients to grow the business with special meal programs or use of facilities for team and group gatherings.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Provide customer service.
