Terms of Employment/Salary:
– Full-time (40 hrs per week)

– $45.90/hour, 2 weeks annual vacation pay
Job Duties:
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
Evaluate daily operations
Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Recruit staff
Set staff work schedules
Supervise staff
Train staff
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Conduct performance reviews
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Leading/instructing individuals
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Skill Requirements, (including language, education and work experience)
– English
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 to less than 7 months experience
