JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER RESTAURANT at KFC Nanaimo, BC
Permanent employment, full time position.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education, Bachelor Degree in one of these fields of Hospitality administration or Restaurant/food services management or Hotel, motel, and restaurant management or Foods, nutrition and related services.
English, proficiency of at least CLB 5.
Work experience, of 3 years to less than 5 years
JOB DUTIES:
Evaluate daily operations, Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations, Recruit staff, Set staff work schedules, Supervise 5-10 staff , address client complaints
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, ensure health & safety regulations met
Organize and maintain inventory, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Manage events.
