• Salary: 53,150 annually / 30 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Must be available to work any shift including, Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Weekends and holidays.
• Benefits: after 3 months of employment extended benefits including medical, dental, vision (50% cost covered by employer), discounted work meal per shift.

On site:  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Education: Education is an asset

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the food and beverage sector is required.

Responsibilities and Tasks

·       Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.

·       Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.

·       Monitor staff performance

·       Plan and organize daily operations

·       Recruit staff

·       Supervise staff

·       Train staff

·       Conduct performance reviews

·       Organize and maintain inventory

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·       Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·       Leading/instructing individuals

·       Address customers' complaints or concerns

·       Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items

·       Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory

·       Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

·       Work with the kitchen staff in creating new recipes.

·       Co-ordinate work activities with workers in kitchen and food service departments.

·       Any other duties as required.
