We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Staff Management
Plan and organize daily operations to meet quality and service standards
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement franchise procedures
Recruit, train, supervise, and monitor staff performance
Set staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing support to staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Promote a productive and respectful team environment
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns professionally
Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant atmosphere
Ensure service aligns with BarBurrito brand standards
Administrative & Financial Duties
Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and submit financial reports
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required
Assist in managing labor and food costs
Maintain proper records and complete administrative tasks as needed
Experience and Specialization:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience (preferably fast food)
Education:
College diploma (3 months to less than 1 year) or equivalent experience
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
Proficient in:
MS Excel
MS Word
MS Outlook
MS Office Suite
Spreadsheet software
Experience using POS and staff scheduling systems
Skills and Attributes:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
