Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of secondary school. Education requirement can be waived with many years of industry related experience
Experience: 2 to less than 3 years of experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct performance reviews
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Organize and maintain weekly inventory.
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Provide customer service and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Recruit, train and supervise staff.
Conduct weekly audits on all operational standards.
Assist drive through and customer’s service.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
Leading and instructing individuals.
Perform same duties as workers supervised.
Any other duties as assigned.
