Salary: $56,200 per annum
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time: 30 hours per Week
Employment conditions: Candidate must be flexible to work any assigned shift as the work demands including morning, day, Evening, Weekends, holidays.
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: High school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Job requirements and Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the restaurant and banquets.
Plan, organize, evaluate the restaurant’s operations.
Communicate with all shifts on day-to-day operations and critical areas of focus.
Set staff work schedules.
Supervise and train staff and Leading/instructing individuals.
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
Assist with ordering of supplies, organizing and maintaining inventory.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Responsible for daily cash procedures including cash balance and assist with financial reporting.
Assist in the recruiting of new staff members, training and developing existing staff, and motivating and encouraging the team to achieve the targets.
Analyse budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
Monitor staff performance and provides ongoing performance feedback and conduct and records regular performance reviews.
Displays knowledge of and works in compliance with applicable legislation including food safety, health and safety, and employment standards.
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Resolve and address customers' complaints or concerns and turns potentially negative situations into positive ones.
Manage events.
Provide customer service.
Assist in always maximizing staff coverage, performs the role of floor leadership and works as required in various areas of the restaurant in busy periods to maintain customer satisfaction levels.
Perform any other duties as assigned and required for business needs.
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
