Responsibilities
Tasks
Experienced in coordinating and organizing seminars, conferences, and meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing detailed minutes. Responsible for managing contracts, overseeing payroll and office supply inventory, and handling both telephone and electronic communications. Duties include developing communication strategies, compiling data and reports, maintaining manual and digital filing systems, and performing accurate data entry. Provides high-quality customer service, supports clients post-sale, handles basic bookkeeping tasks, and ensures efficient front-desk operations by greeting and directing visitors. Also responsible for drafting, proofreading, and managing various business documents with strong attention to detail.
