Position Overview:
As the Restaurant Manager, Service & Support, you will be the backbone of our daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and a positive team environment. You’ll oversee staff training, workflow efficiency, and quality control while supporting both the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in executing the restaurant’s vision.
Salary: 57,000 annually / 30 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Must be flexible to work any assigned shift as per business needs, including, Early morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend, and Holidays.

What We’re Looking For:
A natural leader with strong hospitality and people management skills.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

Passion for teamwork, service excellence, and restaurant operations.
Knowledge of industry regulations, POS systems, and operational best practices.
Languages: English
Education: completion of a college, or other related program OR several years of experience in the hospitality Industry.
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
Adhere to the budget established for labour cost and cost of sales.
Monitor staff performance.
Plan, evaluate and organize daily operations.
Oversee floor management, refine workflows, and support inventory and POS system management.
Participate in recruiting of staff, training, and scheduling a high-performing team while providing coaching and performance feedback.
Provide support to the junior hierarchy including assistant managers and supervisors.
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
Enforce food safety, liquor laws, and workplace policies while maintaining necessary permits and staff certifications.
Resolve guest concerns.
Provide customer service while ensuring seamless service and maintaining high hospitality standards.
Support events.
Maintain clean and safe work environment.
Perform any other duties as assigned to match the business requirements.
Credentials: Serving It Safe program certification, Safe Food Handling certificate
