Experience
1 to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales management or a related supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Manager will perform the following duties:
Plan, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the retail establishment.
Manage daily store operations and ensure efficient customer service and sales performance.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer traffic.
Determine merchandise and services to be sold and establish pricing and sales policies.
Study market research, customer demand, and competitor operations to identify potential sales opportunities.
Locate, select, and procure products and services for resale and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise retail staff and assign duties.
Determine staffing requirements and prepare staff work schedules.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide training and coaching.
Resolve customer complaints, product issues, and operational problems in a timely manner.
Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues and expenses.
Oversee payroll administration and maintain financial and operational records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
