Experience
1 year to less than 2 years of related experience
Key Responsibilities
Prepare production and operational reports
Supervise workers and ongoing projects (team of 3–4 employees)
Coordinate and schedule daily shop activities
Recruit, hire, and support staffing actions
Train or arrange for staff training
Requisition/order materials, equipment, and supplies
Establish efficient work methods to meet production schedules
Coordinate activities with other work units to ensure smooth operations
Work Conditions
On-site position (work must be completed at the physical location in Surrey, BC)
Team supervision: 3–4 employees
