Wonowon Lodge operates a remote camp lodge providing accommodation and meal services to workers in the region. We are committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Food Counter Attendant to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
Take food and beverage orders and process payments
Portion, assemble, and serve meals according to lodge standards
Prepare simple food items (salads, sandwiches, beverages, baked goods)
Stock refrigerators, shelves, and service stations
Keep counters, dining areas, and equipment clean and sanitized
Package take‑out items and assist with meal service during peak times
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
Assist kitchen and dining staff as required
Requirements
No formal education required
Previous experience in customer service, food service, or cashier roles is an asset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20–30 lbs
Willingness to work in a remote camp setting (rotation may apply)

Remote camp environment
Meals and accommodation may be provided during shifts
Shift schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off,
Transportation to camp will be provided, depending on location
