The Channel Marketing Manager supports the execution of partner-focused marketing programs across the physical security and video surveillance ecosystem. This role manages channel communications, partner enablement activities, digital campaigns, and event coordination while ensuring all content and programs align with i3’s security-industry positioning and GTM strategy. The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for driving measurable partner engagement, supporting pipeline development, and overseeing daily marketing operations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, creative assets, webinars, and partner initiatives.
Job Duties
Channel Program Coordination & Partner Support:
• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of channel marketing programs targeting resellers, integrators, and distributors in the physical security and loss-prevention industry.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners regarding product updates, pricing, sales resources, campaigns, and event schedules.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and enablement tasks, including distribution of technical collateral, product briefs, battle cards, and co-marketing materials.
• Track partner participation, lead submissions, and campaign engagement using HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring accurate data alignment across systems.
• Assist with the management of MDF-backed partner activities, including request processing, compliance review, and ROI tracking.
Digital Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations:
• Build, schedule, and monitor segmented HubSpot email campaigns, nurture sequences, and partner newsletters tailored to security-industry audiences.
• Maintain and update partner-related web pages, landing pages, and registration portals to ensure accuracy and optimal lead conversion.
• Manage digital content distribution across social media, webinars, newsletters, and partner communication channels.
• Produce campaign analytics, engagement dashboards, and marketing performance summaries to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for marketing technology platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and additional MarTech tools.
Events, Webinars & Partner Activities:
• Coordinate logistics for webinars, virtual product demos, technical training sessions, and security-industry events.
• Prepare webinar assets, including email invites, run-of-show documents, slide decks, presenter materials, and promotional graphics.
• Support planning and execution of partner events, trade shows, customer walkthroughs, and distributor-led activities.
• Assist with booth coordination, registration management, asset preparation, shipping arrangements, and event follow-up campaigns.
• Track event performance metrics, including attendance, partner engagement, and lead progression.
Content Development, Creative Support & Technical Messaging:
• Assist in the creation and refinement of marketing materials related to video surveillance, AI analytics, POS-integrated solutions, and cloud security platforms.
• Support development of partner-facing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, presentations, sales kits, and co-branded assets.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to edit, update, and prepare visual materials for partner programs, webinars, and digital campaigns.
• Ensure all distributed materials meet brand guidelines, maintain technical accuracy, and reflect current industry standards.
• Review and proofread content created by internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, correctness, and alignment with i3 messaging.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Provide daily coordination and guidance to marketing associates, ensuring efficient task execution and adherence to timelines.
• Communicate consistently with the marketing team on campaign deliverables, design requests, workflows, and project dependencies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to align channel messaging with GTM strategy and support revenue objectives.
• Participate in internal meetings to synchronize channel activities with broader corporate initiatives and sales priorities.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement within the marketing department by identifying workflow gaps and recommending operational enhancements.
Education
College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience
• 5 years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing within the physical security, IT, SaaS, surveillance, or related technology sectors.
• Experience in customer-facing or partner-facing roles, including communication with resellers, integrators, and distributors.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (mandatory) and Salesforce (mandatory) for campaign execution, reporting, and CRM support.
• Experience with event coordination, webinar scheduling, and digital campaign management.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for supporting creative asset production.
Knowledge/Training (preferred but not required)
• Understanding of security technologies such as VMS, NVRs, AI analytics, POS integrations, or cloud-managed video platforms.
• Familiarity with channel ecosystems, partner lifecycle management, and MDF administration.
• Working knowledge of MarTech tools, database segmentation, and campaign analytics.
